Attorney Tiffany Sullivan comes from a strong background in Juvenile Criminal Defense and Family Law. Prior to graduating from Regent Law School, she spent 14 years working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and an undergraduate degree in Family and Child Development from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
In 2008, Attorney Sullivan started working at the Hampton Public Defenders Office as a member of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations team. She has successfully handled domestic violence, assault, child abuse, rape, robbery, burglary and grand larceny cases. She is a seasoned professional who understands the dynamics of Juvenile, Family and Criminal Law.
She represents clients in divorce, temporary separations, child custody and visitation, child support, applications for and defenses against orders of protection. She is also a certified Guardian Ad Litem. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), and Mothers Against Violence.
